DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY REGARDING ANY OF THE INFORMATION OR
ADVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SEARCH SERVICES OF
GOTMYAGENT.COM OR ANY GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED
ON GOTMYAGENT.COM OR LINKS PROVIDED THROUGH THE
GOTMYAGENT.COM. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE UPON
ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH GOTMYAGENT.COM IS AT YOUR
OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

employers and other agents, harmless from and against any

11. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION. This User Agreement

Ontario. In the event of any dispute regarding the
interpretation of this User Agreement or your compliance
with these terms and conditions, you consent to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Province and Courts located in
Ontario, Canada.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This User Agreement constitutes
the entire agreement between you and GotMyAgent.com
regarding your access to the GotMyAgent.com website and your
reproduction and use of any information on GotMyAgent.com.
Any waiver of any term or condition of this User Agreement
shall not be effective unless in a written document signed
